Ascentech Services Ltd is seeking a personable and efficient Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound customer communications, effectively assisting with orders and inquiries related to our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally respond to customer calls.
- Accurately process orders.
- Provide detailed information on menu items and ongoing promotions.
- Promptly resolve complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
