Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cafe Accountant. As a Cafe Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our cafe, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions of the cafe
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Managing payroll and ensuring timely payment of expenses
- Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure accuracy of invoices and payments
- Monitoring inventory and reconciling stock discrepancies
- Assisting in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
The ideal candidate for this position has a strong background in accounting, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
