Lead the Printing & Packaging Business Unit with full accountability for strategy, P&L, operations, sales, and client relations. Drive profitable growth through market development, product innovation, cost control, and operational excellence across printing, packaging design, production, and supply chain. Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous process optimization. Deliver customer-focused solutions while managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements: proven leadership in printing, packaging, or manufacturing; strong financial acumen; commercial mindset; excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
