Dunn and Braxton seeks a Business Unit Head to lead Printing & Packaging operations, sales, and product development. The role requires defining strategy, managing P&L, optimizing production, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, and driving revenue growth while leading cross-functional teams.

• Key duties: capacity planning, cost control, vendor and key account management, process improvement, and delivering on-time with target margins.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business; 8+ years in printing/packaging with 3+ years in leadership; strong commercial acumen, negotiation, analytical and communication skills; focus on safety and sustainability.
