Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare pre-qualification documents and manage all relevant correspondence.
- Assist in bid preparation and ensure submissions are completed on time.
- Monitor project timelines and contribute to quality assurance processes.
- Facilitate communication with donors and various stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support during project execution.
