Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- The Business Support Officer performs all functions that enhance the achievement of the company’s goals.
- Manages office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) and organizing company records.
- Provide administration support to Staff, Managers, and Senior Management.
- Responsible for digital marketing and social media management; which involves creating, executing, and managing marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media platforms.
- Identifying customer needs for the Group products and services, and reporting directly to the line manager.
- Establishing, retaining, and deepening customer relationships by performing efficient and accurate functions concerning the business.
- Oversees and facilitates resources management and administration procedures and documentation for the principal.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills.
- Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity tools.
