Job Summary

We seek to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. The Business Support Officer will be responsible for performing various functions to enhance the achievement of the company’s goals.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • The Business Support Officer performs all functions that enhance the achievement of the company’s goals.
  • Manages office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) and organizing company records.
  • Provide administration support to Staff, Managers, and Senior Management.
  • Responsible for digital marketing and social media management; which involves creating, executing, and managing marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media platforms.
  • Identifying customer needs for the Group products and services, and reporting directly to the line manager.
  • Establishing, retaining, and deepening customer relationships by performing efficient and accurate functions concerning the business.
  • Oversees and facilitates resources management and administration procedures and documentation for the principal.

Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and people skills.
  • Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity tools.
