Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to drive operational success.
- Manage apartment occupancy rates, implementing pricing and promotional strategies.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
- Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Plan and execute events targeting guests and property owners to drive revenue.
- Oversee procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to promote events.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation for property owners.
- Conduct regular inspections of apartments, common areas, and facilities to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Evaluate cleanliness, maintenance, functionality, and overall guest experience through systematic inspections.
- Identify deviations from quality standards and collaborate with relevant departments to address issues promptly.
- Develop and implement inspection procedures and checklists for quality control processes.
- Define and communicate quality benchmarks, guidelines, and best practices.
- Provide training and support to staff members on quality-related procedures and standards.
- Monitor compliance with quality standards and provide feedback for improvement.
- Analyze inspection findings, guest feedback, and relevant data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop action plans and collaborate with department heads to address root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives.
- Generate regular reports on quality performance, trends, and key metrics for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience in middle management within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations, customer service, and revenue management.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Added Advantage: Accounting and Financial Management Experience

Pay: ₦180,00.00 – ₦250,00.00 per month
