Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to drive operational success.
  • Manage apartment occupancy rates, implementing pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
  • Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Plan and execute events targeting guests and property owners to drive revenue.
  • Oversee procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to promote events.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation for property owners.
  • Conduct regular inspections of apartments, common areas, and facilities to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Evaluate cleanliness, maintenance, functionality, and overall guest experience through systematic inspections.
  • Identify deviations from quality standards and collaborate with relevant departments to address issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement inspection procedures and checklists for quality control processes.
  • Define and communicate quality benchmarks, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to staff members on quality-related procedures and standards.
  • Monitor compliance with quality standards and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Analyze inspection findings, guest feedback, and relevant data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop action plans and collaborate with department heads to address root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives.
  • Generate regular reports on quality performance, trends, and key metrics for management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 3 years of proven experience in middle management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations, customer service, and revenue management.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Added Advantage: Accounting and Financial Management Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦180,00.00 – ₦250,00.00 per month
