Job Description
Vatebra Limited, a leading ICT company in Africa, is looking for a Business & Operations Lead to be based in Lagos on a full-time basis. The role involves designing business strategies, setting goals, managing daily operations, and leading the team for optimal performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement business strategies
- Set performance goals for Business Development
- Oversee daily operations and other departments
- Lead employees to maximize performance
- Submit reports to the CEO
- Assist in Business Development and expansion
Basic Requirements:
- B.Sc / BA in business administration or related field
- Minimum 7-8 years experience in Product development and operations
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Understanding of IT, Sales, Marketing, operations
- Competency in strategic planning and business development
