Upskill is seeking a driven and strategic Business Manager to oversee vital operations including Finance, Human Resources, and Partnerships. The ideal candidate will develop relationships to attract participation and volunteers, identify fundraising opportunities, and maintain partnerships with similar organizations.

You will also lead marketing efforts, generate reports on program success, and create compelling communications through social media. A minimum of a first degree and 3 years of relevant experience is required. Experience in Education is an advantage.

Key competencies include excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and knowledge of social media marketing.
