Job Description
StarList Consulting seeks a full-time Business Manager to oversee daily operations, enhance efficiency, and drive growth and profitability. This in-person role offers a salary starting at ₦300,00.00 per month.
- Lead strategic planning, financial oversight, budgeting, and sales/profitability reporting.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff; enforce policies and resolve operational issues.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, proven management experience, strong leadership, communication, analytical and financial skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and business tools.
