Job Description
We seek an experienced Salon Business Manager to oversee daily operations, staff supervision, budgeting, inventory, marketing, client relations, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in salon or retail management, proven leadership and communication skills, budgeting experience, and familiarity with POS systems.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
