LOCATION: LEKKI PHASE I

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies
• Conduct market research
• Provide insights to senior management

Contract Management:

• Draft, review, and manage contracts
• Ensure compliance and maintenance of records

Human Resources:

• Oversee recruitment and manage HR policies
• Develop employee procedures

Procurement:

• Develop procurement strategies
• Source suppliers and manage relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years experience in management
• Good communication and negotiation skills
