Job Description
LOCATION: LEKKI PHASE I
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies
- Conduct market research
- Provide insights to senior management
Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and manage contracts
- Ensure compliance and maintenance of records
Human Resources:
- Oversee recruitment and manage HR policies
- Develop employee procedures
Procurement:
- Develop procurement strategies
- Source suppliers and manage relationships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years experience in management
- Good communication and negotiation skills
Key Competencies:
- Leadership, strategic thinking
- Adaptability, integrity, customer service
