Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Manager to join our dynamic team at BashleeNG. This position is available in various locations, including Abeokuta, Sagamu, Ota, and more.
Salary: ₦120,00/month
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Qualifications:
- OND, NCE, or BSc degree
- At least 6 months of experience in Microfinance (required)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and ensure compliance
- Formulate strategies for portfolio development
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team
