We are seeking a Business Manager to lead operations at our upscale spa, driving financial performance, staff development, and exceptional guest satisfaction.

• Manage budgets, staff scheduling, inventory, vendor relationships, marketing initiatives, and service standards.
• Coach and train team members, address guest concerns, track KPIs, and implement operational improvements.
• Minimum three years’ experience in spa or hospitality management; strong financial and leadership skills; proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) and scheduling systems; excellent communication; flexible availability. A passion for wellness and customer service is required.
