Job Description
Able to Identify and research potential properties for sale through various channels such as online listings, networking, and local contacts.
- Liaise with potential buyers to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Present available properties to clients and provide detailed information, including pricing, features, and location benefits.
- Negotiate property prices and terms on behalf of clients.
- Facilitate communication between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support throughout the property buying process.
- Handle administrative tasks related to property transactions, such as scheduling property viewings.
- Ability to learn.
