Job Description

In this role, you will develop and implement strategic business development initiatives aimed at driving growth and enhancing market share. You will engage prospective clients through networking and outreach methods, conduct market research to pinpoint new opportunities, and deliver persuasive presentations.
Your responsibilities will also include nurturing relationships with existing clients to promote repeat business, monitoring the effectiveness of business strategies, and organizing training sessions. You will create tailored training materials and evaluate program effectiveness while supporting trainers and participants.
