Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for targeting and developing new business opportunities within the public sector.
Your primary focus will be to identify potential clients within the public sector and successfully pitch our products and services to them. You should have a deep understanding of the public sector landscape and the ability to navigate complex organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in the public sector.
- Create and maintain a strong network of contacts within government agencies and departments.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close business deals within the public sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in business development, preferably in the public sector.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and meeting targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the public sector landscape and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
