Job Description
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s customer base and market reach.
- Identify and apply for business grants.
Program Management:
- Design, plan, and execute strategic programs and initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
- Implement, monitor and track program progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
- Evaluate program performance through data analysis and reporting, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Business Content Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
- Use market insights to develop targeted strategies and solutions that address customer needs and preferences.
Reporting and Presentations:
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, program performance, and key metrics for management review.
- Deliver presentations to stakeholders, including senior management and board members.
Business Resource Creation:
- Identify and create business content, models, and resources that are relevant to support the business women in our Community and show thought leadership.
Talent Development:
- Provide mentorship and leadership to managers and employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Identify and nurture high-potential employees for leadership roles within the organization.
