Job Description
Nuggets Microfinance Bank is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to spearhead loan portfolio expansion, attract new clients, and foster outstanding customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess experience in microfinance sales and customer acquisition within Nigeria’s financial services landscape.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new clients for financial products, conduct comprehensive market surveys, evaluate customer needs, prepare loan applications, and formulate effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a related field, 0–3 years of pertinent experience, strong understanding of microfinance principles, and exceptional communication skills.
