Monarch Group Limited seeks a results-driven Business Development Officer to secure partnerships, close sponsorship deals, and elevate brand visibility. Responsibilities include identifying sponsorship opportunities for events and talent; developing strategic brand partnerships; crafting persuasive pitches and negotiating agreements; and managing industry relationships. The role requires analyzing market and audience trends, coordinating with internal teams to execute agreements, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
