Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals to join Chanelle Microfinance Bank as Business Development Officers. Your role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to our organization’s growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through market research.
- Build strong client relationships and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to expand business.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular updates to management.
Qualifications:
- HND/BSc in Business, Marketing, or related field.
