Job Description
We seek a full-time Business Development Associate in Abuja to support growth initiatives. The role involves identifying new markets, conducting market and competitive research, preparing presentations, reports and proposals, and providing administrative support to the Business Development Manager.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Business/Administration, Economics, or related field; 2–3 years banking experience (Master’s preferred).
- Skills: sales orientation, interest in emerging markets, basic CRM and research abilities, strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to learn AI tools.
