Job Description
Learn Smart Academy is in search of a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Officer to drive student enrollment by effectively promoting our institution, building robust community relationships, and guiding families throughout the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Achieve confirmed enrollments of new students.
- Organize and conduct outreach events and activities.
- Enhance engagement and satisfaction among parents.
Qualifications:
- OND/HND or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience in sales, marketing, education, or community engagement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the local community is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and driven by targets.
