Job Summary
Our paperboard manufacturing plant is expanding its operations to include the production of finished products such as rigid and collapsible boxes, hard cases, lever arch files, and jigsaw puzzles and children board books. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketer to help us transition smoothly into this new venture.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential off-takers and understand their needs for finished paperboard products.
- Demand Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate demand for our finished products among potential buyers.
- Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns aimed at unlocking future demand and increasing market penetration.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Brand Development: Develop and enhance the company’s brand presence in the market through various channels, including digital marketing, trade shows, and industry events.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales tools and materials, and provide support in closing deals with key accounts.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, results, and market trends for senior management.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in paperboard manufacturing or related industry.
- Track Record: Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns that have led to increased demand and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to develop creative marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Ability to secure off-take agreements with potential B2B clients.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data.
