Job Description
· Identify potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
· Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
· Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads and customer interactions.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
· Close sales deals and ensure a high conversion rate from leads to customers.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
· Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
· Provide feedback to the marketing team on campaign/advertisement effectiveness and customer insights.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
· Analyse sales data and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
· Monitor and report on sales performance and market developments.
· Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s services.
· Provide training and support to customers on product usage and benefits.
· Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
· Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts.
· Document all sales interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
· Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
