Teamace is seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate revenue through new client acquisition, account growth, and the promotion of digital marketing and creative services. The role requires prospecting and closing opportunities, developing proposals and pitches, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.

• Qualifications: B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in agency business development with strong knowledge of digital advertising, content strategy, and branding.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities; proactive and results-oriented.
