Job Description

Our client is in the business of perfumery and customized home fragrances with products such as scented candles, reed diffusers, room sprays, car air fresheners, electronic diffusing units, and bespoke scents for business organizations.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Individual with a strategic mindset and the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective business strategies for growth.
  • Proactive individual who is self-motivated and can drive results in a target-oriented environment.
  • Individual with strong communication skills who can effectively engage with clients, partners, and internally.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. degree in Marketing/Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years experience as a Business Development Manager with a reputable business organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of branding, marketing, and business development principles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and exceed targets.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
