Job Description
Pennywise Microfinance Bank is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will identify growth opportunities, foster strategic partnerships, and drive revenue generation.
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, with 3–5 years of demonstrated success in business development or sales. A strong understanding of financial principles and exceptional communication skills are essential. Key responsibilities will include formulating business strategies, networking, conducting market research, and nurturing client relationships.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary range of ₦300,00.00 – ₦350,00.00.
