Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Research Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential new markets, clients, and partnerships. Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.
- Develop Business Strategies: Develop comprehensive business development strategies and plans to achieve company objectives. Identify key target accounts, industries, and geographic regions for business expansion.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies. Network effectively through industry events, conferences, and other channels to expand the company’s reach.
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media. Qualify leads, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions to convert them into clients.
- Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of business development efforts with overall company objectives. Provide input into product development and marketing strategies based on market feedback.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track key performance metrics related to business development activities such as lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue growth. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to assess progress against goals.

Salary: ₦150,00.00 – ₦250,00.00 per month
