What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role and previous experience as a Business Development Officer in a related industry.
  • Proficient in integrated business management and CRM software, including ProWorkflow and SalesForce.
  • Competency in researching sales leads, presenting proposals, and negotiating deals.
  • Results-driven experience in a tech company or fast-paced organization would be a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills.

What a typical day would be like:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine the sales strategy.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with existing clients to discuss their needs and gather feedback.
  • Participate in conferences, seminars, and networking events to build industry relationships and explore partnership opportunities.
  • Engage with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and share market insights.
  • Prepare and customize proposals based on client needs.
  • Stay updated on the latest sales techniques, software trends, and business development strategies.
