Job Description
The Business Development Manager at Erecruiter will drive revenue growth through client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and high-value sales initiatives. You will identify, qualify, and convert leads, develop targeted go-to-market strategies, explore new markets, and manage the sales pipeline and forecasts. Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, oversee client onboarding, and act as a trusted advisor. Lead proposal and pitch efforts, supervise proposal development, and present compelling value propositions. Own revenue targets, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
- Requirements: Proven sales leadership, experience mentoring high-performing teams, expert negotiation skills, and exceptional communication for relationship management.
