Job Description
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field is required. Additional certifications or qualifications in finance or sales can be advantageous.
- A strong background in finance, preferably in microfinance or lending, is essential. Knowledge of lending principles, credit risk assessment, and financial analysis is crucial.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base. Experience in marketing financial products and services effectively.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to network effectively with potential clients, industry professionals, and stakeholders.
- Monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing financial data, and preparing reports for management.
