Job Description
Join BashleeNG as a Business Development Manager! We are looking for qualified candidates for our locations in Abeokuta, Sagamu, and Ilaro.
Competitive Salary: ₦150,00 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday: Remote
Qualifications: HND, BSc, B.Ed, or Master’s degree; Minimum of 5 years of microfinance experience; At least 2 years in a relevant field; Exceptional leadership, analytical, and business development abilities.
Primary Responsibilities: Develop and execute business strategies, support decision-making processes, manage lending and financial products, analyze campaign performance, streamline business operations, and foster valuable partnerships.
