Job Description
Ascentech Services Limited seeks a proactive Business Development Intern to support client acquisition and HR solution delivery (recruitment, outsourcing, training) in Surulere, Lagos. The role requires sourcing and presenting HR services, cultivating client relationships, documenting interactions, and providing market insights to achieve acquisition targets.
Requirements:
- BSc in Human Resources or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Preferred: 1 year of business development experience
- Full-time position
