Key Requirements:
- BSc/HND qualification in Marketing, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, and other relevant courses.
- Previous work experience as a business analyst, business developer or marketing/sales executive in a training and development institute is desirable.
- Good knowledge in Human Resources Management, especially Learning & Development, is also desirable.
- Good communication, presentation, and business analytical skills.
- Other relevant professional experience, qualifications, and skills.
