Business Development/Marketing Executive – Radiology Services

Are you passionate about healthcare marketing and have experience driving business growth in diagnostic or radiology services?
Redeemer’s Health Village is looking for a strategic and energetic Business Development/Marketing Executive to lead growth initiatives and promote our state-of-the-art Radiological Services to hospitals, clinics, HMOs, corporate organizations, and walk-in clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote RHV’s radiological services (X-ray, CT, Ultrasound, Mammography, MRI, etc.)
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships with hospitals, clinics, HMOs, and referring doctors.
Increase patient referrals and service utilization through targeted outreach and relationship management.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure service visibility, excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a diagnostic centre or radiology-focused healthcare facility.
Proven track record of successful business development or healthcare marketing.
Strong network within the healthcare ecosystem (clinics, doctors, HMOs, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and adaptable.
