Job Description

We seek a proactive Business Development Executive to recruit students across Nigeria and West Africa for programs in Europe, North America, Australia, and the Middle East. Responsibilities include school visits, education fairs, webinars, one-on-one consultations, and relationship-building with students, parents, and institutions. Manage admissions, visas, and scholarship processes; generate and nurture leads using CRM.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 3–4 years in student recruitment, international education, or business development; strong communication and negotiation skills; self-starter.
• Full-time, in-person role with remote flexibility and travel opportunities.
• Compensation: ₦250,00–₦300,00 per month.
