Homland Ivy Homes Ltd is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive in Makurdi to generate and close residential and commercial leads, manage client relationships, inspect properties, present listings, negotiate transactions, support marketing initiatives, maintain accurate records, and deliver weekly and monthly sales reports.

• Experience: 1–3 years in sales or business development; real estate experience is a plus.
• Skills: strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities; solid knowledge of the local market.
• Qualifications: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
• Employment: Full-time. Compensation: ₦100,00/month.
