Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development and Tender Associate to join our team in the Oil and Gas industry. This position is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as managing the tender process.
As a Business Development and Tender Associate, you will be responsible for conducting market research to identify potential clients and projects. You will also be required to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies.
In addition, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting tender proposals, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop competitive and compelling proposals that meet the client’s needs.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in business development and tender management within the Oil and Gas industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as you will be interacting with diverse stakeholders. Additionally, you should have a keen eye for detail and be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
