Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of Business Development and Account Executive at Allegra-HR Services. This role is vital to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to build and maintain a strong client base
  • Research and analyze market trends and competitors to identify potential areas for business expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to achieve their business goals
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

  • Proven experience in business development and sales
