Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Business Development and Account Executive at Allegra-HR Services. This role is vital to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to build and maintain a strong client base
- Research and analyze market trends and competitors to identify potential areas for business expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to achieve their business goals
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
