Job Description
Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service.
· Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to cold call potential clients with confidence.
· Generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales.
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
· Generate new business leads through various channels, including networking and online research.
· Build and maintain strong and profitable relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
· Understand client needs and collaborate with the team to develop tailored solutions.
· Negotiate and close business deals to meet revenue targets.
· Achieve and exceed business development targets by effectively promoting our services.
· Provide regular reports on business development activities and market trends.
