Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Business/Customer Service Manager. As a Business/Customer Service Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of our business operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to drive business growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data, monitoring sales performance, and developing effective customer service policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in managing teams and delivering exceptional customer service. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and experience in the business/customer service industry will be an advantage.
