Job Description

A Business Continuity Management Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the continuity of business operations in the event of disruptions such as natural disasters, cyber-attacks, or other unforeseen incidents. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting risk assessments and business impact analysis to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans.
• Designing and implementing business continuity plans, policies, and procedures.
• Testing and evaluating the effectiveness of existing continuity plans through simulation exercises and drills.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of business continuity plans with operational processes.
• Providing training and awareness programs to educate employees on their roles and responsibilities during a crisis.
