Job Description
Standard Bank is seeking a full-time Business Banker to manage and expand a small-business portfolio in NG (Lagos Mainland, Sokoto-Gusau Road). The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree and have 3–6 years of experience in financial sales or relationship management, with proven small-business expertise.
- Responsibilities: drive portfolio profitability, onboard and maintain accounts, acquire new clients, and leverage product systems.
- Core skills: strategic thinking, data interpretation, persuasive communication, teamwork, and strong customer and product knowledge.
