Bay Creative Technologies and Services is actively seeking a skilled Building Engineer to lead a residential construction project from start to finish. This role requires direct supervision and technical expertise to ensure high-quality outcomes within the stipulated timeline and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of the construction process.
- Coordinate subcontractors, labor, and materials at the project site.
- Maintain rigorous safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in residential construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Building or Civil Engineering.
