Job Description
Reporting to the Project Manager/Head of Projects, the Builder will lead on-site construction for residential and commercial projects. Duties include interpreting plans, supervising labor, managing materials and equipment, enforcing codes and safety, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring quality, budget and schedule, conducting site inspections, and maintaining project records.
- Requirements: National Diploma or Bachelor’s in Building Technology or Construction Management; 3+ years’ construction experience; proficiency with project management software; strong knowledge of building codes and proven leadership.
- Preferred: sustainable building practices, AutoCAD/Revit, or construction management certification.
