Job Description
- Monitor and adjust company budget and cash flow to meet financial goals.
- Create and manage annual budgets in collaboration with department heads.
- Analyze financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience as a Budget Controller or Financial Analyst.
- Strong understanding of budgeting principles and financial software proficiency.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Salary: N300,00 – N450,00 per month.
