Job Description
The Bridge For Women Development Initiative (BOWDI) is in search of a committed and detail-oriented MEAL Officer based in Maiduguri, Borno State. This full-time role within our NGO is vital for enhancing project quality and accountability through effective Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) methodologies.
The MEAL Officer will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing BOWDI’s MEAL framework, ensuring thorough data collection, analysis, and reporting. This position plays a crucial role in fostering impactful learning processes that contribute to the overall success of our projects.
