Job Description
Food Concepts PLC, the parent company of Chicken Republic, Pie Xpress, and ChopBox, is seeking a skilled Bread Production Supervisor to lead our bread production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to meet production targets while ensuring quality and consistency in all products.
Key responsibilities include monitoring mixing, proofing, baking, cooling, and packaging processes, as well as adjusting production schedules in response to demand fluctuations.
Applicants should possess a BSC/HND in Food Science or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in bread production and at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Only local candidates from Dutse Alhaji will be considered.
