Job Description
Don Quester Consulting is seeking a skilled Bread Baker to deliver high-quality breads for hotel operations and retail in Ojota, Lagos. The role involves preparing and proofing dough, operating and monitoring ovens and bakery equipment, ensuring consistent presentation and quantities, managing electronic ingredient orders and inventory, upholding hygiene and food-safety standards, delegating daily tasks, and supporting team workflow.
- Requirements: SSCE (OND preferred), minimum 1 year of baking experience; vocational training or apprenticeship is a plus.
- Must follow recipes accurately, work under pressure including night shifts, and demonstrate strong time-management and customer focus.
Full-time, in-person. Compensation: ₦70,00–₦100,00/month.
